Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-Wear

• Each ready-to-wear piece is produced to order especially for you, so all sales are final.
• If an item arrives with a clear manufacturing fault, email info@mimmyyeboah.com within 3 days of delivery with photographs. We will offer repair, replacement or credit at our discretion.
• Approved returns must be sent back unworn, with all labels and packaging, within 7 days of our written approval. The client pays return shipping.

Made-to-Measure & Couture

• Consultation fees, design deposits and all made-to-measure or couture garments are non-refundable, as they involve reserved atelier time, custom pattern-making and exclusive design work.
• Once the initial deposit is received and design development begins, the commission cannot be cancelled and payments cannot be transferred to other services or products.

Deposits

• Deposits secure atelier capacity and are credited toward the final invoice. They are non-refundable if the client cancels or does not complete fittings.
