Products and pricing
We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can; colours may vary slightly between screens. Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include import duties, taxes or customs charges, which are paid by the client. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions before an order is accepted.
Orders
Ready-to-wear pieces are produced to order. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Production times are shown on each product page.
Made-to-Measure and Couture
Commissions begin with a private appointment. Fees, deposits, timelines and delivery are confirmed in writing for each commission. Consultation fees and design deposits are non-refundable and deposits are credited toward the final invoice.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Delivery times are estimates; risk passes to you on delivery.
Intellectual property
All designs, images, text and the Mimmy Yeboah name on this website belong to Mimmy Yeboah or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
